Finally i reached my 10% goal since going to meetings. I reached it a while ago when i started on line a year ago but it means more doing it all over again & having the small reward for reaching it. It's a nice feeling sharing it with everyone that stays for the meetings.
I've been a little bad with my eating by not eating enough for some reason I have this mental block saying do not eat too much. Hopefully today with already tracking what i am going to eat that i will eat them extra points. I have 7 left for today still so will see what i can have.
In the evenings when i need something small i have been making my own dip & having that with veggies.
I am now at the start of the 60's well 69.9 kilos. I'm hoping to reach goal & LTM in the next 6months. I am more focused on reaching my goal now than i have eve been.
I'm now starting week 3 with no wine. I do have days that I could just do with a glass but i know it will not stop at one glass & then maybe not just one day.
Maybe once i reach 65kilos i will treat myself to a bottle.

So much food
Had a birthday party yesterday & we had so much food left over as i wasn't sure if kids where going to show up that hadn't RSVP.
I didn't count my PP for the day but i know i didn't eat that much, normally i would have eaten heaps of food but watched my intake.
Scales this morning said 70.8. Hoping it will go down before Tuesday.
Tonight on the dinner menu is masterfoods stir fry chicken satay with rice.
Brought a new weight watchers book the other day so today i am going to sit down & read it only had a quick look through on Tuesday.

70.7
That what i weigh at the moment. Well pleased yesterday i lost 2kilos. I have now lost a total of 15 kilos in a year. It would have been more but i took a few months off while doing it. Life gets busy & you need to have a break from things & just enjoy your food.
Today is our little girls 5th birthday. Have lots of kids over for a party. Cake is all made & iced ready to go.
No idea how many weigh watchers pro points a slice will be so i will not have any.
21 more sleeps till school returns & I will start my exercise programme.

I'm starting a fresh this year. New Blog, New Me.
Last year I lost 13 kilos. I would have lost more if i didn't yo yo so much but that is life we can't all be perfect.
This year my focus is losing the last 17-20kilos.
My aim is to look after me more & get fitter as well. Once the kids return to school hoping we will walk to school more & I WILL get on my Treadmill.
Today is weighin day, have already weighed in on my scales can't help it every morning i need to see how well i am doing & know if i am having a good week before i go.
So at home I weighed 70.8 last week & weigh in i was 72.7 kilos.
I have our youngest's 5th Birthday tomorrow so will try so hard to be good with food.
