I'm starting a fresh this year. New Blog, New Me.
Last year I lost 13 kilos. I would have lost more if i didn't yo yo so much but that is life we can't all be perfect.
This year my focus is losing the last 17-20kilos.
My aim is to look after me more & get fitter as well. Once the kids return to school hoping we will walk to school more & I WILL get on my Treadmill.
Today is weighin day, have already weighed in on my scales can't help it every morning i need to see how well i am doing & know if i am having a good week before i go.
So at home I weighed 70.8 last week & weigh in i was 72.7 kilos.
I have our youngest's 5th Birthday tomorrow so will try so hard to be good with food.
Yesterday I was really good I brought some crisps & normally i would have sat & eat heaps but no i only had a couple & walked away.
